Fill your rocks glass with ice

Get your Mixing glass and add the Chile and sugar 6 spoons
Muddel a little bit.
5 Hot water and stir
Pour the boiling water into the mixing glass and stir gently for 20 sec.
6 Ice in shaker
Ice in shaker
7 Strain infusion
Strain 30 ml of the spicy almíbar inside the shaker.
8 Juice and shake
Add the grapefruit juice and shake 7 sec.
9 Fine strain and soda
Empty glass. Fine Strain into the rocks glass and fill with soda.
10 Garnish and serve
Garnish with the grapefruit wedge and mint leaves
