60 ml 2 oz Light Rum
0.5 Lime
8 Leaves Mint
3 Bars spoon Sugar
30 ml 1 oz Soda water
Crushed ice
1 Mint sprig

1 Prepare

Chop your lime in quartets and get mint leaves and sprig ready

2 Mint leaves and lime

Place the mint leaves in your palm and clap your hands together. Put the leaves in the bottom of your glass . Put your lime in on top of the mint.

3 Add sugar

Spoon the sugar onto of your limes and mint

4 Muddle

Using your muddler, press the juice out of the limes

5 Ice in glass

Fill the glass 3/4 full of crushed ice

6 Add Rum and soda water

Pour in your rum and soda over the ice

7 Stir

Using your BarSpoon mix everything in a 3D motion, stirring all the ingredients

8 Add ice

Top and pack the glass full with more crushed ice

9 Garnish and serve

Garnish with a fresh mint sprig for that wonderful aroma and put in a straw
