Chop your lime in quartets and get mint leaves and sprig ready
2 Fill glass
Place your 8 mint leaves in your palm and clap your hands together. Put the leaves in the bottom of your glass. Add the lime on top of the mint.
Spoon the sugar onto of your limes and mint
Using your muddler, press the juice out of the limes
5 Crushed Ice
Fill the glass 3/4 full of crushed ice
6 Add ingredients
Pour in the Rum and champagne over the ice
Using your BarSpoon mix everything in a 3D motion, stirring all the ingredients
8 More Ice
Top and pack the glass full with more crushed ice
9 Garnish and serve
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig for that wonderful aroma.
